吸土耳其水煙　婦惹燒炭疑雲

【本報訊】一名女子昨午在大嶼山愉景灣寓所房間吸食土耳其水煙時，疑因關窗令空氣不流通和吸食過量，不適暈倒，其外籍男友回家時發現房內煙霧瀰漫，一度以為她燒炭自殺，立即報警求助，其後才知她只是吸煙太多出事。
吸煙吸到「暈陀陀」的女事主姓呂（ 35歲），與 34歲外籍男友同住大嶼山愉景灣 9期海藍居一單位。現場消息稱，女事主的男友愛好吸土耳其水煙，家中有一支土耳其水煙壺，而愛好抽煙的女事主間中也會吸土耳其水煙。昨午女事主獨自在家，又拿出男友的土耳其水煙壺在房間內吸煙，疑忘記開窗，又不停地吸，一輪吞雲吐霧後，煙霧困在房內，她感到頭暈不適，躺在床上。

被男友發現暈倒　房間煙霧瀰漫

至下午約 3時，女事主的男友返家，赫見房內煙霧瀰漫，又見女友在床上暈倒，以為女友在家中燒炭自殺，立即打開窗門及報警。警員及救護員接報到場時，女事主神志逐漸清醒，經查問始知她只是在房內吸食土耳其水煙太多以致不適，案件並無可疑，列作有人暈倒案處理。
土耳其水煙的運作原理是利用水煙壺內的水來過濾、淨化、滋潤熏煙，水煙壺頂部有一個裝煙草的煙斗，中間是盛炭的盆子，吸食者將煙草塞入煙斗內，再在煙斗上覆上一層鋁箔，在上面戳幾個洞，把煙斗插在水煙壺上。吸煙前在煙斗上放幾塊燒紅的炭，再大口吸食產生的煙霧。本港一些土耳其餐廳也有提供土耳其水煙，有蘋果、橙等水果味煙絲供選擇，吸起來芳香順喉，像吸水果煙一樣。

1.            使用高身水煙壺效果是否比矮身水煙壺理想？

Ans:  這是一個非常值得討論的問題。坊間常說矮身水煙壺味道沒有高身的好是因為冷卻時間不夠長。水煙吸入前共經過三個媒介：金屬管、水及吸氣軟管。金屬吸管當然有一定的冷卻作用，但水溫造成的冷凍效果才是關鍵。這亦是某些人將冰塊加進水煙壺裡的原因。

 

2.            我應該選擇備有多少支吸管的水煙壺？

Ans: 這沒有明確答案。如果有二至三人共用同一個壺，壺內氣壓會明顯不足及未能提供足夠煙量供同時吸食。另外煙絲及炭也會較快消耗剩盡。當然最重要的是個人喜好：如果你覺得二管及三管最適合自己，又何樂而不為呢?

 

3.            如何儲存已開封煙絲？

Ans: 已開封煙絲如果保養得宜可以保存約半年。用密封膠盒蓋好，避免陽光照射及乾燥溫度約２３－２５度較為理想。

 

4.            未開封煙絲可保存多久？

Ans:  約年半至兩年。避免陽光照射及於乾燥溫度約２３－２５度儲存較為理想。

 

5.            怎樣保養我的水煙壺？

Ans: 水煙壺底座及金屬管可用溫水洗刷，如有需要可兼用溫和皂液。切記事後清洗乾淨。不要使用強力去污液清洗。除了已知可供水洗的吸管，其他的吸管不建議沖洗及灌洗。

 

6.            為什麼水煙壺出來的煙很刺眼或有點點燶味？

Ans: 這可能是因為陶瓷杯內熱力太強燒燶了煙絲。可嘗試移走一些炭，如果情況持續請換過一杯新煙絲（小心陶瓷杯高熱）。

 

7.            是否可用其他飲料代替清水吸水煙？

Ans: 基本上非碳水化合物飲料都可以（e.g. 汽水效果唔太好）。另請不要用奶，因為會產生泡泡阻塞及弄髒吸管。用冰也是一個不錯的選擇，可產生更厚身及冰涼的氣味。

 

8.            因何原因水煙壺產生的煙量不足?

Ans: 極有可能因為有空氣滲漏，請檢查各個接口位。

水煙壺的使用方法

水煙壺裝配方法 (普遍的水煙壺)

水煙壺的使用方法

1.            於水煙壺底座注入清水。　注意水量不要太多。

2.            將水煙壺上半部份套入底座。裝配完成後，水位高於金屬吸管底部約一吋至吋 半比較合適（即裝配後金屬吸管浸入水約一吋至吋半）。水煙壺上半部份與底座之間的連接位須保持氣密防漏。

3.            將金屬圓碟放上水煙壺頂部並且在中央上緊固定

4.            將陶瓷杯套上。陶瓷杯連接位亦須保持氣密防漏。

5.            接上吸氣軟管至水煙壺。連接位須保持氣密防漏。

6.            步驟1-5 完成後測試一下水煙壺是否氣密。可經吸咀先試吸數口，空氣應會由頂部進入水煙壺內部產生氣泡。如以上情形沒有發生，估計是其中某一個接位有空氣滲漏。

7.            測試完成後，將水煙絲放入陶瓷杯裡。不要緊壓煙絲以免阻礙空氣流通，亦不要放得太多 (不超過杯頂為準)。

8.            用錫紙封好陶瓷杯頂部，須保持氣密防漏。

9.            用牙簽或叉或同類物品於錫紙上刺出十多二十個小孔。

10.       用夾子夾起點燃易燃炭。

11.       將炭輕壓在錫紙上。

12.       拿起吸咀吸4-5口後，應開始能呼出少量水煙。再吸數口後煙量應愈來愈多。

13.       最後步驟 – Enjoy!!! (一杯煙絲 + 一件易燃炭約可維持30-45 分鐘)
